No matter how small or large, if you run activities, issues will arise, it’s not the problem you have to worry about its how you deal with it. 

 

Our approach is to sit with the management committee and staff, we use a simple but structured process to highlight the challenges and potential solution.  From this we agree what actions are required and make sure these actions happen.
